[side note: I made these as a health conscious Superbowl snack. I was hesitant because most of my friends enjoy greasy, fattening potato chips and snackables like chicken wings and burgers, but they loved these so much they didn't leave me any!]
What you need:
2-3 bunches of Kale (devained and torn into bite size pieces]
1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil or sunflower oil
2 tbsp of apple cidar vinegar
1-2 tsp of table, kosher, or any type of coarse salt
[optional] seasonings: paprika, cajun...
Set the oven to 350º. On a baking sheet, coat the bottom of the pan with oil, a cooking spray, or vegan margarine/butter.
Wash and devain the kale leaves and rip them into bite size pieces.
In a bowl, toss kale, vinegar, and oil and toss with hands until coated.
Place kale onto a baking sheet in a single layer and cook for 20 minutes or until they look chip like.
Sprinkle salt over top and any other additional seasonings.
This literally takes all of 15 minutes to prepare and they taste so good and is 70 calories per serving.
